1) Banking Hours

Our Main Office and Perdido Branch locations are open Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

2) Lost/Stolen Debit Cards

How can I cancel my lost/stolen debit card?

To avoid losses, please contact us as soon as you discover the card is lost/missing/stolen.  During regular banking hours you may call 850 455-7351. After banking hours, during weekends or holidays, you may call 866-5HOTCRD (866-546-8273).  The toll-free number is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  The card may also be stopped through NetTeller internet banking.

3) Foreign Debit Card Transactions

I will be traveling overseas.  Can I use my debit card?

Ordinarily, foreign transactions are not enabled on your account.  Before you travel, please notify the bank of your dates of travel and destinations and we can enable overseas transactions on your card. 

4) Debit Card Stop Payment

Can I stop payment on a debit card transaction?

No, unfortunately debit card transactions cannot be stopped once they are initiated.  The best recourse is to contact the merchant processing the transaction and ask that the order for which you are charged be stopped and the funds credited to your card.

5) eStatements

How can I sign up for eStatements?

You may enroll today from your NetTeller account.  Click on the ESI tab and follow the enrollment instructions.  If you need assistance, please contact the bank at 850 455-7351 during regular business hours.

6) Online Bill Payment

How can I enroll for online bill payment?

Bill payment is offered through self-enrollment.  Click on the Online Banking Signon from our home page, select Bill Pay from the drop-down box and follow the easy instructions to enroll.  When your enrollment is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and may begin paying bills online.

7) Stop Payments

How can I stop payment on a check?

Please stop by one of our locations or fax a signed request to the bank to 850 456-9959.  A stop payment fee of $25.00 will be charged.

8) Telephone Banking

Can I get account information over the phone?

To access account information 24 hours a day, please call our telephone banking serivce at     877 TWB 5STAR (877-892-5782).  

9) Mobile Deposit Hardware/Software Requirements

Use of our Mobile Deposit product requires on iOS or Android based device, capable of running the most recent release of the device's native operating system.
